When Interresearch processes personal data in connection with the delivery of software solutions, consultancy and advisory services, we consider ourselves a data processor, since we process the data on behalf of our customer and according to the customer's instructions. 2. Our processing activities

We collect and process personal data in connection with our cooperation with our customers. We only collect the personal data necessary for the agreed purposes, and we ask our customers to share personal data with us only where strictly necessary for these purposes.

What information is collected?
Ordinary personal data, including name, telephone number and email address of customers and partners, as well as name, title, telephone number and email of any contact persons at the customer. In addition, the workplace's address, website, company registration number and, where applicable, EAN number are registered.

For what purposes is the information collected, and on what basis?
We process ordinary personal data in order to be able to fulfil the agreement with the customer, including delivering the services, invoicing and sending newsletter emails. Furthermore, the processing is necessary for Interresearch to be able to pursue a legitimate interest in administering, managing and developing our business and services, including registering potential customers and their contact details.

3. Processing security

Information security is the business risk given the highest priority at Interresearch. We work seriously and professionally with information security. We have implemented security measures designed to ensure data protection for customer information, personal data and other information alike. We regularly carry out internal follow-ups regarding the adequacy of and compliance with our policies and measures.

Interresearch collects personal data directly from you and/or from third parties.

5. Disclosure of personal data

We only disclose personal data when we have a lawful basis for doing so. We use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data, including, for example, a CRM system provider. These parties process data exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Interresearch deletes personal data once Interresearch no longer has a work-related need to process it. The retention period is determined by the obligations Interresearch is subject to under applicable legislation and public authorities, as well as to ensure documentation.

You can contact IR to gain insight into which personal data IR processes about you, and you can have any incorrect or incomplete personal data corrected. You can also contact IR if you wish to exercise your right to data portability.

When we process personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data, please contact us.
