With defgo's modules you only pay for what you need. You can choose between the following modules:
Freely use defgo's library of thoroughly tested templates for a wide range of survey types. Some of our most popular templates include: employee satisfaction surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, workplace assessments, and near-miss and manager evaluation surveys. The templates can of course be adapted to the purpose of the survey - delete and add new questions as needed. Save your template as new and reuse it.
Ask your questions in different ways. Set up questions and answer options such as multiple choice, rating scale, free-text response, frequency, numeric response, or form fields.
Design your survey so it matches your company's visual identity. Add your own logo as well as the organisation's colours, fonts and graphics. All graphic changes are naturally carried over into the survey's reports.
Choose the electronic distribution method that best suits your target audience and achieve more responses. Invite your respondents via a preselected email panel with access codes, via a link on a banner, or a pop-up on websites.
Fine-tune your survey with question skip logic and only ask your respondents relevant questions. Skip logic ensures that different segments are guided through the survey via different routes. For example, let all male respondents skip past questions about pregnancy and instead "jump" directly to the next relevant question.
Achieve a higher response rate by automatically sending a reminder to respondents who have not yet answered.
Analyse and present your results via attractive graphical reports. Easily build your report by choosing the content and order of elements such as: intro text, vertical and horizontal bar and pie charts in 2D and 3D, tables, your own images and comments, as well as free-text responses from the survey.
Pull reports for a specific segment of the respondent group. For example, see whether there are differences in opinion between women and men, or whether the distribution of answers varies depending on whether respondents live in the countryside or in a city.
Use the cross-tabulation function to produce statistics and analysis of selected response relationships. For example, investigate whether answers vary depending on whether respondents say they have tried your product or not.
Distribute the survey's results to everyone or selected people in the organisation by publishing the report and subsequently sending a link with password access. Using the scheduling function, results are updated automatically and recipients can continuously follow the development of answers via the link sent to them.
Automatically update reports during data collection and continuously keep track of how many have answered the survey and which response tendencies are emerging. Send a link to relevant employees or create a link on the organisation's intranet and let more employees follow the development of answers without needing to log in to the system.
Run your surveys with this highly advanced language module, which contains up to 20 different languages. Preselect the language version for each respondent or let the respondent choose for themselves. Also save all translations directly in defgo and print combined reports in all languages used, with the module's unique translation function.
Data entry module for telephone interviews (CATI) and entry of paper questionnaires.
Export your data to SPSS, Excel, PowerPoint, SAS and SAS JMP with a single click and carry out more advanced statistical calculations. Open your files directly in the format you want, without first waiting for conversion, and combine collected data with your own customer data. The module also allows you to set up a fixed frequency for automatic updates and data export, so that the organisation's existing customer data is continuously updated with the latest information.
Encryption of login and reports, and encryption of surveys.
Manage user hierarchies in larger organisations. Establish a user hierarchy for the organisation, create and remove users, manage system permissions and view activity status. The organisation's user hierarchy makes it possible to share templates, surveys and data at different levels, thereby standardising procedures across the whole organisation, across countries and departments.
Print a paper version of your online surveys and mail the questionnaire to respondents who are difficult to reach by email. The module makes it possible to combine paper responses with online responses.
Answer surveys via instruction (paper). Allows you to create login/password credentials for groups (e.g. course participants), so that each individual's anonymity is protected. Also give respondents without an email address the opportunity to answer your survey online by visiting a web address, where they can log in with a personal set of access codes. Instructions and access codes are usually sent by letter.
Add background data to your respondent panel in advance, such as department, customer type and geography, making the preparation of reports simpler. There is the option to either let respondents see the background data or keep the data hidden. One advantage of the module is the ability to tailor the survey to each individual respondent, for example by mentioning their manager by name.
Design electronic forms for, for example, orders and sign-ups via the website.
Prepare advanced reports. Combine an unlimited number of selection filters, making it possible to narrow down your results and thereby work at the highest level of detail. Also create combined reports and compare results from one survey with results on the same question from another survey.
Adjust data sets that do not meet the criteria for representativeness in connection with population surveys or other representative surveys. Data sets that are not representative can, via this module, be weighted so that certain responses count for more or less, thereby becoming representative of the overall target group.
Manage and maintain your customer, member or citizen panel via a simple and clear panel module. Create and remove participants, update data on an ongoing basis, or let members update their own data via a link sent to them. Create segmented distributions, for example to men or women only, and keep track of activity in the panel via detailed statistics on participants' actions.
Can be ordered with a layout, logo and colours matching your company's website.
Use our telephone interview module (CATI) to support the running of surveys via personal telephone interviews. Easy management of an uploaded list of interview subjects, as well as automatic distribution of subjects among interviewers, makes running all interviews simple and efficient.
Prepare structured and clear action plans for the working environment as a follow-up to workplace assessment surveys. The module makes it possible to gather the whole organisation's action plans in one tool and maintain a structured overview of problems, responsibility and timeframe for short- and long-term solutions, automatic reminder procedures, and statistics on the whole organisation's progress.
Set the auto-reply module to automatically send a customised message to the sender and/or respondent based on the answers given. The message is received by email or SMS as soon as the respondent has submitted their answer. Achieve a faster reaction time, since the survey does not need to be completed before action is taken on incoming responses. Used, among other things, in surveys with order forms and sign-ups, as well as in customer satisfaction surveys where a quick response to the customer is important.
Use the knowledge test module to assess employees' skill and knowledge levels. Set up a survey with predefined answers and generate reports showing the respondent's overall score based on correctly given answers. Also pull overall statistics across employees and departments and uncover the overall knowledge level in the organisation.
Allows you to send SMS messages to a mobile phone. For example, receive an SMS on your mobile phone when a respondent answers negatively to a specific question. For example, send an SMS to the respondent (phone number taken from panel information) or send to a mobile phone number entered by the respondent (the number can be taken from a form question in the survey).
Send emails through your own SMTP server, so delivery works exactly the way you're used to. Messages are sent from your own domain using your existing setup, which gives recipients a familiar and recognizable sender. You also stay in full control of delivery and can keep the settings and rules you already rely on.
NgDP is a new Digital Post solution, developed in collaboration with municipalities and regions, to ensure that security and usability remain top-notch.
Surveys collecting sensitive personal data place additional demands on encryption. Further increase the security around running your survey with 128-bit SSL encryption of login, surveys, reports and data extracts with defgo's increased security module.
Module for creating and automating a survey flow. A survey flow can consist of the same survey being run several times over a period, or different surveys being sent out over a period in a particular order.
