The reseller is responsible for client acquisition: Identifying prospects, make sales presentations, negotiate the contract and price with the client and closing the deal.
After signing the contract System Provider will invoice the client the full amount of the contract. All contracts are pre-paid for minimum 12 months.
Each month the reseller invoice System Provider for the incentive, including the fee for new sales and fee of renewals.
Reseller is responsible for 1. level support to own clients.
Reseller is responsible for up-sale to own clients.
System Provider is responsible for 2. level support.
System Provider is responsible for maintenance, backup, and internet security.
System Provider is responsible to develop the Product, and make 4 new releases every year.
System Provider is responsible for website.
Reseller is responsible for local marketing activities.
