Survey help

Send any messages you have to the company responsible for the survey - not defgo. Contact information for the company responsible for the survey is disclosed in the e-mail, or on the webpage, where you received your invitation to participate in the survey.

Send an e-mail to defgo on support@defgo.com. Please enclose the link to the survey in the e-mail – that way we know which survey you are referring to. You might also forward the original e-mail in which you received your invitation to participate in the survey.

Your answers are saved automatically as you fill out the survey. You can re-open the survey by clicking on the link once again, but note that for this specific survey you will be taken to the start of the survey.

The most common thing is that a pop-up blocker (a program to stop unwanted advertising windows) prevents it - but check the following:
If the browser blocks pop-ups from automatically showing up on your screen, there are two ways to deal with it:
1) If you need to have access just now, just hold down the CTRL button and click on "Start".
2) If you want to permanently allow all pop-ups for defgo, you can change privacy settings for Internet Explorer. Choose:
"Functions",
"Internet options",
Tab "Privacy",
Check box "Turn on pop-up blocker",
"Settings".

Type "www.defgo.com" and click "Add".

Check the taskbar if there is a window with the survey.
Try to close all browser windows, start Internet Explorer again and then start the survey again.
Try to restart computer and then start the survey again.
If the computer has another pop-up blocker, try to turn it off.

For this survey it is unfortunately not possible to reopen/change your answers after they have been submitted. You can however choose to fill out the survey again, but note that you will start from the beginning of the survey.
